Grilled free range organic chicken thighs (4oz) on a bed of Black Japonica rice.

Black Japonica is a juicy rice with a nutty, mushroom-like flavor. Its dark color turns the cooking water an interesting purplish brown. This great tasting rice is full of natural vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Anytime we grill chicken we use Wild n Mild barbecue sauce because it adds a wonderful amount of moisture and flavor to our chicken.

Have you ever tried Black Japonica rice? If not, what type of rice is your favorite?
