The Goal and Overall Plan: Lose 20 pounds before my 35th birthday (April 9th).
I lost another pound an a half this week. Making it 5.5 pounds in 5 weeks. 22.5 pounds since I started my weight loss challenge in 2009 and 47.5 pounds since the day I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter.
I am thrilled to be under 150 pounds again! If I can only get over this cold and start working out again, I might just be able to reach my goal weight before my birthday.
