20 Pounds in 13 Weeks – Week #4

The Goal and Overall Plan: Lose 20 pounds before my 35th birthday (April 9th).


I lost ZERO pounds this week. However my running total is still 4 pounds in 4 weeks. 21 pounds since I started my weight loss challenge in 2009 and 46 pounds since the day I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter.
