The Goal and Overall Plan: Lose 20 pounds before my 35th birthday (April 9th).
I lost another pound an a half this week. Making it 2.5 pounds in 2 weeks. 19.5 pounds since I started my weight loss challenge in 2009 and 44.5 pounds since the day I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter.
I started a new routine last week that worked really well. Over the weekend I purchased 5 meals for breakfast, 5 meals for lunch, and 5 small snacks from the grocery store. I brought them all to work on Monday and stored them in the frig. This really simplified my daily routine and helped me stick to my diet.
