20 Pounds in 13 Weeks – Week #1

The Goal and Overall Plan: Lose 20 pounds before my 35th birthday (April 9th).
I lost another pound this week. Making it 18 pounds since I started my weight loss challenge in 2009 and 43 pounds since the day I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter.

Thank goodness for breastfeeding and healthy eating because I honestly have not found much time to exercise.
