Do you have an eating plan that you follow? I’d like to lose a few pounds and I work out a lot so I know eating is the key … Great job on your progress, by the way!
No – I need one (badly). Although I don’t have a eating plan I do use an iPhone application called “Lose it” which tracks how many calories I am eating. If anyone has any recommendations on an eating plan (high in protein) I would LOVE to hear it.
